relational and embodied
therapy for women
I'm Katlyn (she/her), a trauma therapist, avid reader, live music lover, and believer that healing happens best in relationships where you feel genuinely seen and understood.
I primarily work with women navigating the lasting impact of complex trauma, difficult relationships, major life transitions, anxiety, and the emotional challenges that can accompany reproductive health and chronic illness.
You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or the pressure to have it all figured out. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative, and my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work toward the life you want to build.

Areas of Focus
Life can feel heavy for so many reasons. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences, struggling in the present, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, therapy offers a space where healing doesn't have to happen alone.
-
Support for the emotional challenges that can come with womanhood, including PMDD, PCOS, pregnancy, infertility, miscarriage, perimenopause, burnout, and everything in between.
-
Whether your experiences were big, small, recent, or long ago, trauma can leave lasting effects. Together, we'll help your past take up less space in your present.
-
When your mind won't slow down and your nervous system always feels on high alert, therapy can help you understand your anxiety, find relief, and feel more grounded.
-
Living with a disability, chronic illness, or chronic pain can impact every part of life. Therapy offers space to process the emotional weight, navigate an often inaccessible world, and reconnect with yourself beyond your diagnosis.
-
Sex and intimacy can be complicated. Whether you're healing from sexual trauma, navigating desire, exploring sexuality, or wanting deeper connection, therapy offers a space to talk openly without shame or judgment.
-
From family conflict and attachment wounds to friendship changes, breakups, and difficult relationship patterns, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck and work toward healthier, more fulfilling connections.
-
Change, even when it’s welcome, can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating a breakup, career change, relocation, identity shifts, or a new chapter, you don't have to figure it out alone.
