I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every person brings a unique story, so our work together will be tailored to your needs, goals, and strengths.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches including somatic (body-based) therapy, parts work, emotion-focused therapy, and systems-focused/feminist therapy, while always staying flexible to what feels most helpful for you.

If appropriate for you, I also utilized Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This is a structured, evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain process experiences that may still feel stuck or overwhelming.

Above all, I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and actively involved in the process.
